(my gardenia is budding)
After sick days, snow days, ice delays, and teach work days Drew is back in school for 2 days.
So today I was able to get to work on the tree limbs that fell during a snow storm.
As I was dragging the branches around the house I saw the most beautiful thing...
Allium
and tulips are starting to sprout
My cutting garden is coming alive!
(Tulips from my cutting garden last year)
Yes, I believe that spring is on it's way.

Hi Julie, I wanted to thank you for following my blog and for participating in the Anthropologie giveaway. Good luck! It's nice to meet you.
Seeing the bare ground and waiting for things to sprout up is so cool. Its tropical to freeze here so my plants don't know if they're arthur or martha! Have a great weekend!
If Phil is not right, we may have one sorry groundhog, or some sort of groundhog stew. I do love Winter, but I am very anxious for Spring.

Oh I so hope you're right. You're a bit ahead of us further north. We still have feet of snow to melt before we can even see the ground. Most definitely looking forward to warmer weather.
Hi Julie. Your signs of spring give me such hope after a dismal winter! Hey, I also wanted to let you know I put a link in my blog to your powder room wallpaper post. Hope this is okay - I meant to email you when I got finished but I was up past 1 and couldn't type one more thing! Have a good week!
Any chance we can go thrifting/estate saling/flea marketing together this weekend?
